Description
Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to;
1. Lead a team of 5 including Sales Advisors and Customer Service and Sales Support
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth within the food, health & wellbeing sectors
3. Identify and target new business opportunities, including manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers, to expand our market presence
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
