As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented, senior and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team within a newly formed role. We are looking for an experienced marketer who will be responsible for overseeing a variety of channels and communication touchpoints.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a Freedom Vision marketing, media and channel strategy with clear priorities to grow the business.
* Develop, optimise, and oversee delivery of an annual acquisition plan detailing on and offline activities, advertising, and marketing channels.
* Drive patient experience and CRM activities with a comms plan and touchpoints supported with relevant, timely and optimised marketing materials.
* Create and deliver our Freedom Vision prospective lead generation and conversion media and marketing plan.
* Work closely with our Marketing Managers, Comms, Digital and Events teams to optimise the plan of activities, performance and implement exceptional Freedom Vision marketing campaigns.
* Analytical in nature, setting clear KPI's, targets and monitoring advertising ROI across all Freedom Vision lead generation activity to continually optimise activity.
* Oversee and manage the Freedom Vision annual marketing budget, making recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and innovations.
* Deliver research and insights to support development of consumer communications and enhance their experience with our marketing touchpoints.
* Be our brand guardian for Freedom Vision and ensure all marketing activities are on brand.
Skills & Experience
* Significant marketing experience working in a lead generation marketing environment, across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
* Evidence of the ability to think strategically, own a plan and get stuck in with all acquisition and customer journey multi-channel activities.
* Experience across all marketing channels, overseeing media and management of KPI's
* Prior experience and a proven track record in driving successful lead generation marketing campaigns.
* Demonstration of working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and in a matrix organisation.
* Experience of working in a busy multi-channel marketing department and management of budgets.
* Experience and demonstration of test/control principles and best practise.
* Knowledge of all MS Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
