12-month FTC (maternity cover) / £65,000 + car + bonus
We are working with one of the UK's largest private healthcare providers who are embarking on an exciting transformation journey, who are on the hunt for a HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the Head of People and Operations, the successful candidate will be partnering with their Nursing and Operation teams.
The successful candidate will sit on the functional SLTs to partner on some exciting people and culture projects they have planned as they shape the colleague experience.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and adaptable with a resilient mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a car allowance/company car and a 10% bonus.
