As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of payroll data and the administration of various statutory payments and deductions. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in reconciling payroll, HMRC payments, and compliance with pension regulations. You will also have the opportunity to provide invaluable data to the finance system and pension provider, as well as handle queries from employees, HR, and other stakeholders with efficiency and professionalism.
* Responsible for inputting data and updating employee records
* Preparing reports and reconciling payroll for approval
* Administering statutory pay and deductions
* Preparing end-of-year data
* Dealing with queries from employees, HR, and other parties and investigating discrepancies promptly
* Working on ad-hoc administration activities and projects
