Apprentice Finance and HR Assistant POSITIVE STEPS OLDHAM
The apprentice will assist with a range of Finance and HR administration tasks and assist with processing of accurate financial tasks such as payroll, invoicing, processing expenses, accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure an effective service.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
* To assist with processing of accurate financial tasks such as payroll, invoicing, processing expenses, accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure an effective service.
* Maintain financial systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date
* Maintain HR systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date
* To assist with HR administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and drafting of correspondence to ensure an effective service to employees
* Apply the consistent application of all relevant policies and procedures including safeguarding, health & safety and equality & diversity to ensure a compliant service
* Undertake any other duties in order to meet service and organisational objectives following consultation with your manager
The training you will be getting
* Off the job training will take place at Oldham College one day a week
