Job Description
The Credit Controller (Hybrid) will be responsible for:
* Utilising Phone, email and letter to chase overdue debtors
* Resolving client disputes
* Posting and production of weekly debtor letters
* Building positive relationship with fee earners and clients
* Working proactively aside the Accounts Payable team
* Daily reconciling of your sales ledger
* Daily maintenance of the database
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Credit Controller (Hybrid) will have:
* Previous experience chasing debts
* Comprehensive understanding of process for debt collecting
* A confident phone manner which can be tailored to the client
* Strong it skills across Microsoft products
