We require a Senior Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team at our head office in Perth, Scotland.
The duties include:
* Sales Ledger
Assist with credit control.
Customer debt management and assist with recovery of overdue debt.
Process receipts from customers.
Process credit notes.
Assist in releasing customer orders for production or despatch.
Monitor sales orders.
* Payroll
Assist with the checking and preparation of the weekly payroll.
* Purchase Ledger
Assist with the processing and payment of invoices, and checking expenses.
* Other Duties
Supporting with recruitment process.
Assisting with the bank reconciliations.
Working closely with and assisting other members of the Finance Team as required by the operational demands of the Department.
This is a full time post, the company operates a 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday.
