Accountabilities* Work with the HR Business Partners to resolve client queries promptly, accurately and effectively through appropriate and relevant HR solutions to suit each business’s culture and vision
* Advise and support on employee relations activities, including absence, capability and performance, all types of leave, grievance, disciplinary and restructuring.
* Provide HR support and / or note taking at formal meetings, hearings and appeals as necessary.
* Delivery of projects for our clients such as managing recruitment campaigns, implementing our HRIS and writing client-specific policies / handbooks.
* Supporting colleagues with delegated work from their projects and clients, and taking advantage of the range of skills within the team to draw in their expertise for your clients when needed.
