ACM is a Reconomy brand operating within its 'Recycle loop' range of capabilities. ACM offers full-service waste and recycling services to large commercial organisations, helping them to find inefficiencies and cost-savings within their waste management processes.
Your Role as ESC (Overview)
Keep up to date with waste management industry developments and legislation.
You are required to use our CRM system Microsoft Dynamics. This system will be used to:
o Continuously maintain and update an accurate prospect/customer database through your prospecting or via 'lists' provided through the marketing function.
o Build, record and maintain a sales pipeline (£value) that will enable you to meet your given sales targets.
o Record all inbound & outbound sales activity with prospects & customers - including leads, prospects, opportunities, and won/lost orders.
o Use the information & reporting functionality within Microsoft Dynamics to direct your sales efforts in the most efficient way.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the ACM value proposition that is relevant to your target customer sectors - being able to deliver this via a sales presentation at all levels.
Arrange & conduct the required number of prospect/customer meetings to achieve budget.
Negotiate a solution led sale with a variety of different style prospects - clearly understanding and matching their own company goals & objectives with our USP's.
Understand the need to maximise sales opportunities whilst also maintaining ACM profit margin - Monitoring closely your personal performance vs budget.
Develop and set a personal Sales/Marketing Plan that will direct your efforts (supported by our Marketing Team) to securing work from new customers within you given region.
Work closely & maintain strong lines of regular communication with all the key departments within ACM e.g. Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Business & Finance.
