Sushi Chef for a Private Members club in London
Should have experience at least at Demi Chef de partie level in a high level Japanese restaurant. Preparation of all sushi, rice and associated food items on the menu during service
Ensuring that required standards are adhered to in quality, quantity, and presentation.
Experience in a luxury Japanese restaurant is highly essential. Should be comfortable making all types of Sushi and have excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
