Role:
As Area Sales Manager (Projects/Contractors), you will be responsible for the management of our network of strategic membrane partners and key decision makers within your geographical area of operation on projects from conception, surveying to installation.
Maximise sales via strong focus on customer and area management.
Working with various Roofing businesses, grow and build on established relationships.
Secure and win business by developing projects or conversions.
Maintain CRM records for Area contacts and projects.
Develop and implement strong closing techniques on projects, especially those run by Main Contractors and Installer partners
Fostering key relationships with all customers with a primary focus on waterproofing membrane partners, roofing contractors and installers.
Conduct site visits and surveys (Working at height) and use of ladders.
Monitor market potential and manage new sales leads from design handover to delivery and installation.
Carry out any other tasks as may be reasonably requested in relation to your role.
Package:
Role: Area Sales Manager
Territory: South of UK
Salary: Up to £48,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
Bonus: 40% of your basic salary
