Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electrical industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Braintree on a Temp-to-Perm basis. If you have excellent customer service skills and are a team player, then this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing customer sales orders.
Liaising with customers via telephone and email
Providing administrative support as needed.
You will also work closely with other departments, such as production/warehouse and transport, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous. You must be a team player and possess good organisational skills, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours.
