Technical Support Engineer

Monday Friday (early finish on Fridays)
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our clients market leading organisation. If you have experience dealing with technical enquiries over the phone and via email, and are looking to join an established, yet growing organisation, then this could be the role for you!
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be:
* Taking phone calls to deal with technical enquiries.
* Responding to technical requests via ticketing system.
* Dealing with incoming emails to both direct inbox and group mailbox.
* Supporting managers to help with product training business wide.
* Generating reports from technical enquiries.
* Updating technical library for internal use.
* Any other duties required.
To be successful in application of the Technical Support Engineer, you will have / be:
1. Previous experience in a technical support role within the manufacturing/engineering industry or related field.
