Your Role:
Collaborate with the Retention Team and Sales Managers to maximize profitable sales and ensure world-class customer experiences.
Engage customers, understanding their buying strategies, and facilitate test drives.
Negotiate pricing and payment methods, including financing options.
Ensure high-quality delivery and follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships.
Plan and organize daily sales activities to generate new business.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
Adaptable, with a strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure.
IT literate (PC, Microsoft, web) and holds a full UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
45 hours per week, plus alternate weekends.
Salary:
Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with OTE potentia £50,000.
