We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team. In this front of house role, you will be assisting the onsite team with various reception duties and host responsibilities. Our client is looking for someone who can cover the reception two days a week, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays. This is a temporary contract with no end date.
Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
* Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
* Liaise with internal teams to schedule meetings and appointments
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate resource
* Assist with event planning and coordination
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and professional working environment
Requirements:
