Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients established team in Solihull on a temporary ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger process efficiently and accurately. This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Processing payment runs
* Maintaining accurate records in the purchase ledger system
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Must be proficient in SAGE50
