Job Responsibilities:
* Building solutions that will allow the function to improve the service we provide – either by creating capacity or building capability. Constantly looking for ways to enhance our people data and our people systems identifying areas for continuous improvement and assessing them for business suitability.
* You work with the in-house MI Analyst to develop and execute audit queries for HRIS data integrity.
* Work with the in-house MI Analyst to design and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end and ad hoc reports.
* Supporting the Project Lifecycle including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process mapping and process re-engineering, user acceptance testing and deployment of People Systems.
Job Requirements:
* Data analysis experience.
* Delivering data and technology solutions.
Qualification & Experience:
* Experience of relational databases and query concepts.
* Payroll and People related process experience.
