Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing Group Data, Technology and Digital legal support across Cover-More business units enabling the business to deliver its strategic and operational needs.
Qualifications and Training
* Minimum 10 PQE
* Data, IT and Digital experience essential
* Financial Services experience desirable, but not essential
* Proven record of achievement within a complex business environment with an ability to initiate and manage change
* Relevant professional experience in an international corporate environment with a global footprint desirable
* Background in insurance and/or travel assistance industries desirable, but not essential
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:
* Preparing quality, timely and commercial ‘solutions orientated’ legal advice in the Data, Technology and Digital space.
* Lead the legal strategy regarding Data, Technology and Digital in support of business growth
* Close interaction with Cover-More business units globally through effective senior relationships and managing complex situations
* Create a vision for Cover-More’s legal data team and foster a data- driven orientation and transformation of the Group to drive performance Identify and source 3rd party agency support as required to help execute the marketing plans, including creative, media buying and translation services.
* Work with marketing and data analysts to ensure all required tracking is in place and that performance can be consistently reported on
* Use of customer insights to provide direction for business initiatives
* Ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and applied
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within Group guidelines, regulatory obligations and SLA’s
* Ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with Group and partner protocols and procedures
* Ensure high levels of customer relationship management are maintained
