Job Responsibilities:
* Providing service management support and expertise to colleagues at all times
* Ensure that services are safe, effective, person centred and of the highest quality
* Maintaining quality and compliance of the service to CQC standards
* Lead the performance, supervise, coach and mentor your teams
* Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure that regulatory requirements are met
* Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, promoting the service of the business
Skills and Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, within a healthcare environment
2. Experience of managing teams, setting standards and motivating colleagues
3. Care Diploma, level 3 or above
4. Sound knowledge of 'person centred' care
