Role Responsibilities
The successful Financial Planning / IFA Administrator will assist the Financial Planners with client support and administration. Some of the duties within this job will include:
1. Point of contact for new and existing clients to deal with any queries
2. Process new business and ensure clients are kept updated with progress
3. Deal with letters of authority and requests for information from external providers, chasing and checking the ceding information that comes back
4. Complete all review meeting letters and associated regulatory requirements
5. Update client for new and existing clients on a CRM system - Salesforce
6. Process withdrawal requests
7. Process switches and portfolio rebalancing
8. Process bereavement cases
