Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full-time field-based Business Development Manager.
This role is full time and permanent. During the training period the successful individual will be required to be office based for typically 3 months. After successful completion of our clients training, a minimum of two days per week will office based.
Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-added solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Hunting new business by prospecting, networking, and cold calling. On-boarding new customers to our client. Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the overall department target Understanding the product portfolio and how the solutions work.Resolve customer queries and disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.Maintain and expand customer database by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information on the company CRM system.Up-sell products to customers using telephone, email and face to face meetings.Manage contract renewals.Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.Ensure Projects are passed in a complete and...
