Marc Daniels are recruiting a Credit Control Manager to join a large, multinational company based in High Wycombe.
THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING (3 Days per week in the office, 2 Days per week remote).
If you have managed 10+ credit controllers, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of 12.
* Reviewing Customer Invoices for daily and weekly hires ensuring any changes during the job have been recorded and accurately accounted for.
* Setting up new customers - ensuring correct pricing structure is in place
* Pricing for changes in customer contracts
* Ensure payments are chased for overdue accounts
* Reducing debtor days
* Working closely with your team to reduce invoice queries
* Monitor new customers
* Fleet administration
* Review and pay expense claims
* Playing a key part in projects to help develop the business
* Ad-hoc reporting and support to other departments throughout the business
Requirements:
1. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
2. Very good organisation and administration skills and the ability to follow finance processes
3. Strong mathematics skills
4. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to access, input and compile analytical data
