As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be working within the Admin team, supporting them in duties for the operational and office based teams.
Your day to day will include:* To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and* distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.* Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.* Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.* Engineer uniform orders.

This role of Customer Service Administrator is great for you if:* You have previous administrative experience* Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships* Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook* Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
