Become responsible for optimising the customer experience and delivering high standards of customer satisfaction and continually enhancing processes.Work on projects related to projects improving Customer Operations performance.Experience & Skills RequiredStrong experience with service and process improvements Experience in the Retail/gaming/gambling.
