This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in payroll, and administrative tasks, and who are seeking a stable and rewarding career. In this role, you will be hold a vital part of a close-knit administrative team responsible for supporting the overall operations of the business. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, flexible and thrive in a hands-on team environment. While recent experience in admin and payroll is preferable, the employer is willing to provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing payroll for around 150 employees
2. Prepare and submit year end returns & P11 D forms
3. Enter all payroll information from working hours and overtime of staff
4. Input all pension information correctly into the system
5. Monitoring time and attendance records
6. Arrange travel, flights and car hire
