The Advocate Group is partnered with a popular FMCG brand, assisting with the search for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating various aspects of facilities management, from general maintenance to Health and safety audits.
Key Responsibilities
* The Facilities Coordinator is expected to oversee all building-related activities.
* You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. This extends beyond our Head Office and warehousing & distribution space to include our retail stores too.
* The Facilities Coordinator has the responsibility to ensure the head office services meet workers' needs and that Retail stores have all sufficient needs to operate safely and securely.
* Responsible for the management of all required inspections and repair work for the Andover office facility.
* Responsible for all contract agreements for our Retail stores covering Fire extinguishers, safety alarms and all necessary equipment provision and support contractors.
