Experienced within Customer Service in a fast moving environment?
Local to Loughton, Essex?
Outstanding communication skills (telephone, email and face to face)?
Working on site, this is a very busy role, where you will be the go to for Clients and Customers, where you will be taking and scheduling bookings, and offering updates on deliveries and day to day progress.
With a quality service at the forefront of this £10m annual turnover business' ethos, it is imperative that you are a natural problem solver, with the ability to keep a cool head at all times!
Based within walking distance of the Central Line, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing business, with long term scope for progression.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
* Taking booking requests and delegating to teams
* Liaising with transport and logistics providers
* Managing day to day enquiries
* Communicating with the sales teams for updates
Who are we looking for?
* 2-3 years experience within Customer Service
* Very high levels of communication
* Team player
* Positive 'can do' attitude and approach to working
* Live within a 30 minute commute of Loughton
