Personal Assistant to Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the director's office.
Key Responsibilities:
* the Director's calendar and scheduling appointments
* travel arrangements and accommodations
* and prioritizing emails, correspondence, and phone calls
* documents, reports, and presentations as needed
* meetings and taking minutes when required
* with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
* confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* general administrative support to the Director and the executive team
Requirements:
* experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
* organizational and time management skills
* communication and interpersonal abilities
* in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Benefits:
£35,000 - £40,000 salary
