Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client
* Interpreting client instructions/needs, challenging and/or clarifying where appropriate
* Responsible for producing schedules, quotations, briefs and effectively managing scope change
* Working with developers to find solutions and build data specifications in line with the brief
* Keeping the client informed through efficient, timely and effective communication and be able to
* effectively manage expectations
* Leading your campaigns ensuring you prioritise appropriately, keeping a wider eye on team capacity.
* Managing campaign delivery to agreed quality, cost and profitability standards
* Negotiating successfully with your clients on timings and costs
Desired Experience:
* Have proven experience in bringing data and content together to deliver multi-channel campaigns that deliver great customer experience
* Have proven experience of working with cross functional teams including technical developers and overall stakeholder management
* Have proven experience of translating a client campaign objective into technical specifications and briefs
* Have strong commercial acumen to monitor and optimise project contribution
