If this resonates with you then we encourage you to apply to join our team at Blue Light Card and contribute to our mission.What You’ll Do Effectively manage key client accounts within our Holidays & Travel category, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growthDevelop and execute strategies that support mutual growth, through key initiatives such as increasing member discounts, expanding into new channels, improved attribution methods and enhanced commercial agreementsConfidently negotiate commercial agreements, both with new partners and existing partners, ensuring a ‘member-first’ approachMaintain excellent relationships with existing partners ensuring our offers are market-leadingMonitor the performance of partner programs making data-informed recommendations for optimisationWork collaboratively with our marketing/CRM teams to agree marketing plansReport on sales pipeline and KPIs, ensuring that acquisition and conversion targets are metBe responsible for supporting and developing a direct report to ensure delivery on category strategiesWhat You’ll Bring Notable experience of partner management or account management within the Holidays & Travel industry, with excellent relationship nurturing skillsProven success in negotiating commercial contractsAbility to think strategically and develop a holistic plan that delivers business objectivesKnowledge to inspire and develop a high performing team, prior people management experience is desirable but not essentialAnalytical mindset, using data for decision-making and influencingAbility to work within a fast-paced environmentExperience of working cross functionally with stakeholders from multiple departments including Product, Marketing, CRM, & Finance to drive business change and growthPrevious experience working with affiliate networks would be an advantageOur CultureOur members, partners and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
