We're working with a HealthTech start-up who are looking to hire a UX Researcher into their team!
The Client
As a brand their mission is to help those with chronic illness manage their conditions more effectively, playing an integral part in adding more comfort and ease back into their users’ lives. They plan to eventually take their app global, mean there's huge scope for making a difference.
And as a company, they've worked hard to create a very warm, open and inclusive atmosphere - culture is super important to them!
The Role
You’d be joining as their first user researcher (although you'd have support from the designers), whilst their app is still in it’s infancy, so the opportunities for influence and career progression are amazing! Not to mention you’d be working on something that’ll truly have a positive impact on people.
What they're looking for:
* It's essential for this role that you can speak German, as you'll be conducting research in German
* It's also a requirement that you're able to translate your findings into journeys, and even better if you're able to create prototypes for testing
* You're confident being an advocate for user research within an organisation
* You're super collaborative, able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
* Any experience conducting research around behavioural change would be super interesting here too!
Salary: Up to £50k
WFH policy: Mostly remote, although you'll need to be able to come to their London office once a fortnight
If this sounds like a role you're interested in, then apply with your latest CV and if you look like a good fit we'll be in touch!
