Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of a significant industrial unit project in Brough. Working closely with the project team, you will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards while prioritizing client satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the project team, including project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, maintaining open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
Strong understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
