* Proven craft-based experience utilising fresh ingredients, preferably gained within a high-volume or education catering setting.
* Hold Food Hygiene Level 2 (further advanced training will be provided).
* Possess up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a professional kitchen environment.
* Demonstrate strong self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to proactively use your own initiative.
