The Role
We’re looking for a confident, personable Sales Advisor to join our team and help clients plan and book the right luxury transport solutions.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries — understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles or charter options, preparing quotes, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
This is a consultative sales role focused on service, relationships, and delivering five-star experiences rather than pushy selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and website enquiries
• Provide quotes for limo hire, chauffeur services, and vehicle rentals
• Advise clients on the best transport options for events and travel
• Convert leads into bookings and maximise revenue opportunities
• Coordinate with drivers, chauffeurs, and operations teams
• Manage schedules and customer records in CRM
• Deliver a premium, professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Sales, customer service, or bookings experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with high-value clients
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in transport, travel, hospitality, or luxury services is desirable but not essential.
