Overview

The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery, ensuring the team are supported to provide high quality opportunities and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
Responsibilities
* Manage nursery budgets, staffing and administrative duties including evaluating sustainability of the settings business model.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and EYFS standards.
* Have a secure knowledge of all statutory safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Lead and motivate others, bring new ideas and demonstrate strong leadership.
* Holds a full and relevant Early Years level 3 qualification (or higher).
* Holds a level 2 in Maths.
* Develop and lead high quality learning experiences for children and support families by building trusting relationships and transparency.
* Lead change and transformation while retaining staff engagement.
* Manage workload and time effectively.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Early Years level 3 qualification (or higher).
* Level 2 in Maths.
