Our client is currently recruiting for a Work Force Planner (technical) in Edinburgh EH16.
Job role: Work Force Planner
Pay: £15.50 p/h (PAYE)
Hours: 0800 - 16.00
Duration: 12 months

Job description:
* Mitigate risk against performance penalties for failures by ensuring all tasks are scheduled timely, to the correct resource and completed in line with contractual requirements.
* Jeopardy Manage all tasks in line with SLAs/KPIs in order to reduce financial penalties.
* Manage engineer times/timecards and ensure updated accurately, and any errors escalated and resolved appropriately - Ensure purchase orders are raised accurately.
* Quoted works to be logged accurately following business processes.
* Log and manage remedial requests appropriately.
* Work together with wider teams including supervisors, managers, and directors in order to achieve collaboratively.
* Support in raising purchase orders for external specialist suppliers where we are unable to deliver the work, within agreed parameters and budgets.
* Work with the service delivery team to review engineer availability.
* Any other administrative work as required.

Qualifications and required experience:
* Experience within a Healthcare environment is advantageous.
* Role requires and advanced disclosure.
* Planning Experience
* Experience with CAFM System.
