The Role
Working closely with the firm’s Risk & Compliance function, you will provide key support in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and compliance obligations. This role offers exposure to a broad range of compliance activities and would suit someone looking to build or further their experience in this area.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client) processes
* Assisting with file reviews and compliance audits
* Maintaining accurate compliance records and databases
* Supporting risk assessments and internal reporting processes
* Monitoring regulatory updates and assisting with implementation
* Acting as a point of contact for internal compliance queries
* Providing administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team
About You
* Previous experience in a compliance, legal, or administrative role is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to legal compliance, AML regulations, or SRA requirements
* Experience within a law firm or professional services environment
