This role is an office based role in Resolven, Neath Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates and project budgets. Monitor project costs and support cost reporting. Participate in tendering processes and subcontractor evaluations. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement. Support contract negotiations, administration, and compliance. Assist in preparing valuations, verifying payments, and managing variations. What We’re Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Why Join OCU?
