* Build relationships with some of the biggest retailers in the world
* Plan and deliver CRM strategy and customer journey mapping
* Work cross-functionally within the Professional Services team alongside CS Directors, CRM Managers, Campaign Managers, ESP professionals and Project Managers.
Requirements
* Deep CRM marketing knowledge and strategy experience
* Retail / eCommerce client experience
* Expertise in CRM / ESP / CDP technologies
