The Role We are seeking a Qualified SEN Teacher (QTS essential) with experience working with students who have a range of needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD). The successful candidate will plan and deliver lessons that are adapted to suit individual EHCPs and learning profiles. You’ll work alongside SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external professionals to provide consistent and personalised support. This role is primarily classroom-based but may also involve working 1:1 or in small groups depending on students’ needs.
