Recycling Assistant Hackney £19.98 - £26.92 per hour Full-time | Temporary/Contract 6 month Hackney Council is looking for a passionate and proactive Recycling Assistant to join our Recycling Team and support key waste reduction and sustainability initiatives across the borough. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering Hackney's Climate Action Plan while working directly with local communities to improve recycling services and reduce environmental impact. The Role As a Recycling Assistant, you will support the Recycling Officer in delivering frontline recycling and waste services across approximately 60,000 estate households. This is a varied, hands-on role with plenty of time spent out in the borough engaging with residents and monitoring services.
