Prime Life are seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers on a bank basis. We currently have several vacancies and are eager to meet candidates for interviews soon.
This role is based at Clarence House in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The home is designed to meet the needs of 21 residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, requiring respectful and dignified support. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing respectful and dignified support to residents
* Encouraging residents to achieve their highest quality of life
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Assisting residents with decisions about their daily living
* Supporting with personal care, recreational activities, and outings
* Promoting independence during meal preparation and mealtimes
* Collaborating with professionals to develop individual care plans
