Bright Selection are delighted to be working with an established regional provider of care homes for older people.
Our client is seeking a care professional with a passion for working with older people and in particular dementia care. This Home Manager role is based near Maidstone, within a medium sized residential home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support.
Requirements
* Min NVQ level 4 health & social Care
* Direct experience of supporting people with dementia
* A qualification in dementia care is desirable
* Experienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes
* Ability to develop and market the home
Responsibilities
* Registered Manager with CQC
* Leadership of care home team including care and all support functions
* Deliver exceptional resident centred care
* Working to KPI based on quality and occupancy
* Reporting to Regional Manager
* Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation
* Recruitment, supervision and appraisal
* Professional development of your team
Remuneration
£62,500 + bonus
