Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Manufacturer and Industrial Equipment Supplier in the Birmingham area to recruit for a permanent Bookkeeper!
This role offers the below
– Salary – £25,000 to £27,000
– 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
– Pension plan and free parking
– Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm
The ideal person will have used the system SAGE and have experience in a all round Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper role.
Daily duties will include:
1. Dealing with Debtors and Creditors
2. Support with month end-compiling in readiness for Accounting
3. Ensure all transactions are entered onto SAGE
4. Accounts balancing
5. Processing of Invoices, payments and receipts
6. Processing and checking of company transactions and bank statements
7. Processing and filing of Financial and General accounting paperwork
8. Assist with all Financial Processing and reporting, including
9. Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations and General Ledger
