Deliver targeted interventions for pupils who require additional support with reading and phonics. Work with small groups and individual pupils to strengthen decoding, blending and pronunciation skills. Assist teachers with preparing phonics resources and structured literacy activities. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to class teachers and the SEN team. Encourage a positive attitude towards reading and build pupils’ confidence with early literacy.
