Curriculum Leader of English
Oasis Academy MediaCityUK is seeking to recruit a Curriculum Team Leader of Science for a September 2026 start to lead teaching, learning and student achievement in English. The role reports to the Principal and oversees strategy to ensure all students achieve or surpass the Academy's targets within the curriculum area, building and leading the curriculum team to consistently high quality delivery of teaching, learning, assessment and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on all matters concerning smooth and effective running of the Curriculum teams on a day-to-day basis, coordinating the Curriculum team across all year groups and producing the highest quality student progress.
* Support the Deputy Principals in producing an integrated programme of student experiences that will enrich, broaden and strengthen each student's personal development throughout their Academy life.
* Drive the Academy towards consistently good outcomes for all students and the achievement, or surpassing, of its annual targets.
* Develop and implement curriculum strategy to meet the Academy's learning objectives.
