Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and mechanical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
* Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
* Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure seamless project completion.
* Perform heavy lifting as required when handling materials and equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.
Experience
* Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is essential.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
* Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations is required.
* Experience in carpentry is advantageous but not essential.
* A valid commercial driving licence is preferred for transporting tools and materials as needed.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
