Qualified Teacher
Prospero Teaching is currently looking to speak with Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are planning ahead for September roles in the Salisbury area. We are working closely with a range of primary schools, secondary schools, and specialist SEN provisions who are preparing to recruit teachers across a variety of subjects and key stages.

The Role:
Deliver teaching within your subject or key stage
Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons
Monitor progress and provide clear feedback
Support pupils with a range of abilities
Maintain strong classroom management and engagement
Contribute to wider school and departmental activities
Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently
Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT
Strong subject knowledge or understanding of the primary curriculum
Confident classroom practitioner or developing teaching practice
Effective behaviour management skills
Organised and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching
Open to opportunities across different school environments
Passionate about supporting pupil development and progress
Contract Details:
Position: Qualified Teacher (QTS) / ECT
Location: Salisbury
Start Date: September
Working Pattern: Full‑time
Pay Rate: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (M1-U3)
Key Stages: Primary, Secondary, SEN
Experience, Training & Safeguarding:
QTS required (or working towards completion as an ECT)
Relevant teaching experience or placements
Safeguarding training can be provided
