Move from Marine Reserving to Reinsurance Pricing - up to £200,000 base

I'm working with a leading firm seeking an experienced Senior Actuary (minimum 10 years’ experience) with expertise in the Marine space (open to Pricing or Reserving backgrounds) to join a high-performing and successful team.
This is a highly commercial role where you'll act as the face of the business for clients across various geographies (with the opportunity to travel globally). Beyond strong technical and communication skills, they are looking for an ambitious leader with energy, curiosity, resilience, and a strong work ethic - someone with experience in fast-paced environments who consistently outperforms expectations and has a track record of challenging the status quo.
They have a preference for someone with prior experience in a client-facing/consulting, or broking background.
