Customer Service Advisor
Redditch
£25,000 – 35 hour a week contract hybrid working once training has been completed. They do want someone who lives within a commutable distance to Redditch.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer Service team dealing with ordering processing, customer service queries and aftersales. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced trade environment.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and process orders for products
* Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the order and delivery process
* Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence
* Liaise with carriers regarding delivery enquiries and updates
* Input customer orders onto the computer system and produce relevant sales documentation
* Raise internal paperwork including collection notes, credit requests, and purchase orders
* Maintain accurate records, including monitoring and booking in direct container shipments to customers
The successful Customer Services Administrator will have the following skills and experience:-
* Previous experience in customer service or administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and office software
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
